Nicole will be presenting on Courts and Civil Procedure at the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Seminar, “Recent Developments in the Law 2015”, on Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 9:00am – 4:00pm at the Crowne Plaza. Nicole’s session will focus on the Supreme Court’s recent decision on ghostwriting in FIA Card Services, N.A. v. Pichette, 116 A.3d 770 (R.I. 2015) and other issues of first impression from this past Supreme Court term. The session will also address recent developments in civil procedure and appellate practice.
