Joe Avanzato and Nicole Benjamin obtained summary judgment in $60 million litigation on behalf of charitable corporations against claims of undue influence and fraud in connection with charitable donations via will, trusts and lifetime gifts. They then represented those corporations in the opposing party’s appeal to the Rhode Island Supreme Court, which affirmed the trial court’s summary judgment in favor of our client.
