Erin A. Hockensmith, Shareholder

Erin is co-chair of the firm’s Construction & Public Contracts Practice Group. Her practice includes advising and representing clients in complex commercial and construction disputes, including all aspects of the construction process, government contracts claims, surety law, and insurance disputes. She represents clients before state and federal courts and arbitration panels, including owners, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and sureties in construction related matters. Erin received her J.D. from George Mason University, Antonin Scalia Law School and her B.S., magna cum laude, from George Mason University.

Christopher Yagoobian, Shareholder     

Chris is a member of the firm’s litigation group where he uses his extensive courtroom and litigation experience to zealously advocate for the interests of his clients in all aspects of litigation.  With his insightful legal analysis and practical approach, clients turn to Chris for his ability to solve complex and difficult disputes in a manner that makes both legal and business sense. Chris is an experienced litigator who has significant experience representing and advising energy transportation companies in all aspects of litigation and administrative proceedings involving catastrophic personal injury, property damage, and environmental impact claims. Chris received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School and his B.A. from Hartwick College.

Nickolas S. Arnold, Counsel

Nick is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Law, Cannabis, Health Care, and Real Estate Groups, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). With a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in high-stakes transactions, Nick provides clients with strategic, results-driven counsel to navigate the nuances of corporate governance, entity formation and structuring, commercial contract drafting for national and international transactions, and general corporate law. Nick received his J.D, cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and his B.A. from University of Connecticut.

Patrick Coyne, Counsel 

Pat is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Law Group. His practice involves representing clients in corporate and business law matters, land use and zoning matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, commercial finance matters, and loan transactions Pat received his J.D., from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, his M.B.A. from Villanova School of Business and his B.A. from Boston College Morrissey College of Arts & Sciences.

Patrick is a healthcare and litigation attorney with extensive experience advising healthcare providers, organizations, and individuals on a wide range of complex legal matters. With a deep understanding of the ever-evolving healthcare industry, Patrick offers strategic counsel to help clients navigate regulatory challenges, compliance issues, risk management, and litigation. Patrick received his J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Massachusetts School of Law and his B.A. from University of Connecticut.
