Four AP&S Associates Named Counsel

Hamza Chaudary, Brenna Anatone Force, Leslie Parker and Kristen Souza have been appointed to Counsel effective January 1, 2018.

Hamza Chaudary represents clients in a wide range of civil matters in state and federal court. He has significant experience in cases involving real estate, land use and zoning matters, including all phases of development and permitting. Hamza has also successfully litigated land use and zoning matters in the Rhode Island Superior Court and Supreme Court. Hamza earned is J.D. from Washington and Lee School of Law and his B.A. from Trinity College.

Brenna Anatone Force litigates business disputes. She represents businesses in a wide array of complex commercial and intellectual property matters. Brenna has helped clients win their cases in state and federal court in multiple jurisdictions on issues ranging from large class action cases to small shareholder and breach of contract disputes. Brenna earned her J.D from Columbia Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.

Leslie Parker is a litigator who focuses on commercial matters and healthcare law. Leslie has represented clients in a wide array of disputes that include contractual claims, business torts, banking laws, fraud, and administrative law. Leslie also has experience helping clients navigate the health care system in Rhode Island, including the Hospital Conversion Act, Certificate of Need and Change in Effective Control proceedings, Medicaid regulations, and issues of insurance, professional liability, and fraud. Leslie earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A. from University of Michigan.

Kristen Souza’s practice concentrates primarily on toxic tort, insurance coverage, and product liability disputes. Kristen handles complex multi-party litigation matters for clients in numerous jurisdictions in New England and has served on national asbestos litigation defense teams. Kristen utilizes her strong researching, writing and analytical skills to provide her clients with effective and efficient representation. Kristen received her J.D. from New England School of Law and her B.S. from Northeastern University.
