AP&S is proud to announce the following promotions for 2023.
Effective January 1, 2023, Michael Brown, Danielle Dufault and Joshua Parks have been elevated to Shareholder and Stephen Connolly, Michael D’Ippolito, III and Stephen Nelson have been elevated to Counsel.
Michael R. Brown, Shareholder, a member of the firm’s litigation group, helps clients with a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract claims, leasing disputes, and negligence claims. He has extensive experience representing and negotiating for businesses involved in commercial disputes and defending professionals against malpractice claims. Michael also provides litigation and risk-management services, and counsels his clients on avoiding and efficiently resolving litigation.
Danielle E. Dufault, Shareholder, is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate, Real Estate, Land Use and Gaming Law Groups. Danielle has a wide range of experience in assisting clients with various corporate and business law matters, including commercial and residential real estate transactions and entitlement projects, stock and asset acquisitions, commercial financing, and corporate governance.
Joshua S. Parks, Shareholder, is a member of the firm’s litigation group. His diverse practice involves assisting clients on a wide array of civil matters, including complex commercial litigation, personal injury, negligence, and contractual disputes. Josh has significant experience in maritime law, and advises clients on vessel arrests, attachments, limitation actions, and related matters. He represents clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels.
Stephen T. Connolly, Counsel, is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Law Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate law and business and corporate law. He represents a wide variety of commercial developers in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial projects.
Michael A. D’Ippolito, III, Counsel, is a member of the firm’s litigation group. His practice involves assisting clients in a wide range of civil matters, including disputes pertaining to employment discrimination, health care, and complex commercial litigation. Michael also has experience assisting clients in white collar criminal defense matters.
Stephen D. Nelson, Counsel, is a member of the firm’s litigation group. He represents clients in a range of civil matters in state and federal courts. These matters include contract disputes, employment disputes, fiduciary litigation, and other complex commercial litigation matters.
