Office Information

The Newport office of Adler Pollock & Sheehan is located on historic Bellevue Avenue, one tenth of a mile (160.93 m) from the elegant Hotel Viking. 2-hour parking is available for non-residents on Redwood Avenue. Paid parking is available at the CVS parking lot on Bellevue and Memorial Blvd., across from the International Tennis Hall of Fame.

Directions

From the South:

  1. Take 1-95 north to Exit 3A (Route 138 East)
  2. Follow Route 138 East until you come to the junction joining Route 1.
  3. Take a left at the junction and stay on Route 1 North for about a mile.
    Take the right-hand exit that will take you back on Route 138 East.
  4. Follow signs for Jamestown/ Verrazano Bridge and Newport/Claiborne Pell Bridge
    Take the first exit off the Pell Bridge (Scenic Newport).
  5. Turn right onto Farewell Street.
  6. Follow to the second traffic light and bear left – at the stop sign bear right onto Thames Street.
  7. Turn left onto Touro Street.
  8. Touro Street becomes Bellevue Avenue.
  9. Office located at 49 Bellevue Avenue.

From the North:

  1. Take 1-95 south to Route 4 (Exit 9 is a left-lane exit)
  2. Follow Route 4 South, which becomes Route 1 South.
  3. Take exit marked Route 138 East to the Jamestown/ Verrazano Bridge.
  4. Cross over the bridge, and you’ll come to the Newport Claiborne Pell Bridge.
  5. Take the first exit off the Pell Bridge (Scenic Newport).
  6. Turn right onto Farewell Street.
  7. Follow to the second traffic light and bear left – at the stop sign bear right onto Thames Street.
  8. Turn left onto Touro Street.
  9. Touro Street becomes Bellevue Avenue.
  10. Office located at 49 Bellevue Avenue.
