Kristin will be presenting at the RI Bar Association’s Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 23, 2022. Kristin’s session, “Estate Planning Fundamentals: Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney,” is for new attorneys or experienced attorneys looking to expand their practice to include Trusts & Estates. The speakers will review fundamental estate planning documents and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using different types of trusts, as well as ethical considerations in working with clients who may have diminished capacity.
