Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. welcomes two new associates to the firm.
Kyle J. Lynch, a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Group, will be focusing his practice on commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining AP&S, Kyle worked for a national leader in the college savings industry following his time serving as an investment associate within the Rhode Island Office of the General Treasurer. Kyle received his J.D from Roger Williams University School of Law, his M.P.A from Brown University and his B.A. from the University of Rhode Island.
Gianna Signorille, a member of the firm’s Litigation Group, will be focusing her practice on commercial and business litigation, cannabis and health care law. While in law school, Gianna interned in-house at Citizens Bank, N.A. for the Consumer Bank. Additionally, she served as the President of The Legal Association for Women, was a member of the Moot Court Association, and completed the Advocacy Program at New York Law School. Gianna received her J.D from New York Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Stony Brook University.
