Geoffrey Millsom, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will speak on the topic “A Litigation Perspective on Electronic Records & Records Management Policy” on Friday, January 13, 2006 at Amica Mutual Insurance Company. The Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA), provides education, training and networking opportunities in the area of records and information management. This presentation will address the legal issues regarding electronic document management and how they bear on discovery practices and litigation strategy. This will include an overview of recent decisions that bear on the production and disclosure of electronic records and the lessons for the information manager contained in these decisions.
