Overview

Sasha is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Law Group. His practice focuses on assisting clients in various business, corporate, and real estate matters, as well as estate administration and planning. He currently works out of the Providence, RI and Newport, RI offices.

Prior to joining Adler Pollock & Sheehan, Sasha served in the United States Marine Corps as an Artillery Officer, and worked as a Project Manager for Eversource Energy, supporting electric utility operations in Eastern Massachusetts.

Relying on his extensive experience in the military and professional world, Sasha brings a dedicated, thoughtful, and specialized approach to his practice, treating his clients with the utmost care and consideration, while addressing all their specific legal needs.

Experience

  • Assisted client with various legal requirements and filings to convert their Rhode Island companies to valid Florida entities.
  • Provided legal assistance to a Rhode Island municipality in order to prepare and file a petition to change water rates before the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission.
  • Assisted clients with forming and maintaining companies in Rhode Island.
  • Assisted various clients with all manner of estate planning needs, to include wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
