STANLEY J. KANTER
Stanley J. Kanter, 77, died on December 29, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Stanley was passionate about his family, his work, and his life. An avid and skilled RISD informed glassblower, he loved to create and share his art with his friends, his clients, and his community. An outstanding and gifted lawyer, he practiced real estate law for over 50 years with Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C., where he served as Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group until his retirement in 2018. He was honored from Best Lawyers of America as “Lawyer of the Year in Real Estate”.
We all benefitted from the skill and professionalism he brought to the practice of law. Stanley always strove to do his very best, to live life to the fullest and to appreciate all the riches of the human experience especially love of reading and the arts. We mourn his passing, but we celebrate the way he lived his life. He made each of us and our profession better.
