Andrew has joined our litigation team in our Boston office. He has extensive experience representing clients through all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. Andrew has represented clients across a wide variety of industries including food service franchising, construction, property management, and fitness franchising. Andrew has defended suits ranging from commercial disputes involving breach of contract to a variety of negligence claims including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and professional liability.
Prior to joining Adler Pollock & Sheehan, Andrew served as in-house counsel in the health care industry and the renewable energy industry.
Andrew received his J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law and his B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Bentley University.
