Elizabeth Noonan is scheduled to present at a day-long seminar on “Historic Preservation: Easements, Tax Incentives and Litigation in Rhode Island” scheduled for February 21, 2008, at the Hilton Providence. The topic of Ms. Noonan’s panel discussion is “Common Hurdles for Historic Properties Redevelopment.” Among the issues she will address are: Building Support for Historic Properties Redevelopment, Common Project Development and Permitting Issues and Common Environmental and Civil Engineering Issues.
