Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. is pleased to announce that John D. Russell has been named Chair of the firm’s Corporate Department. John will be replacing Stephen Geanacopoulos, who has been the chair of the department for the past 15 years.

John’s varied practice includes representing small and large clients in corporate and business law matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, loan transactions, land use and zoning matters, commercial and public finance, and tax law. His tax credentials include advanced training at Boston University School of Law, where he earned an LL.M. in tax law. John earned his B.A. from Gettysburg College and his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law.
